If you're new to whole food, plant-based nutrition, our introductory session is your launching pad. You'll get a big-picture look at the evidence-based science of whole food, plant-based nutrition, starter tips and recipes, and answers to your questions! Led by PPMNY's Nutrition Educator Gail Mayer, MS, RD, CDN, and Chef Brandy Cochrane, this session will give you a foundation of knowledge and practical next steps to get started on your path to a plant-based lifestyle.

Please note that our program is designed for those who are newer to the evidence behind and lifestyle of whole food, plant-based nutrition; if you are well-versed in the subject, you may enjoy other PPMNY events more.
