Start the new year with fitness goals and healthy eating tips for the whole family! This monthly workshop is an introduction for children, parents, and caregivers to a family-friendly fitness routine and the big ideas behind wholesome plant-based nutrition. Get moving with an engaging workout, learn some tips for incorporating healthier eating into your home, and see a brief food demo -- recipe included!.

This session is led by PPMNY volunteer Danielle Medina, a family fitness and yoga instructor, and PPMNY board member Vivian Davis, a certified Holistic Nutritionist.

Registrants will receive a Zoom link on the day of the event.
