Slow down, tune into your senses, and learn to eat with awareness. In this 8-week series, we’ll experience how each of our senses can ground us in the present and help us connect with our bodies on a deeper level. You’ll learn simple mindfulness practices for stress management and mindful eating, and how  these techniques can help us break unhealthy eating habits to boost the health benefits of plant-based eating!

 

Led by Sam Moll, RD, and health coach Benjahmin Koenigsberg, this series approaches mindfulness with curiosity and playfulness and offers you a supportive and safe space to bring more mindfulness into your daily life. 

 

While we recommend registering for all sessions, you're welcome to join in any single sessions as well.
