Learn to bring more awareness to your daily activities and eating habits through mindfulness. In this introductory session, we’ll explore how we can stay in the present moment and connect with our bodies through simple mindfulness practices. Using your senses to ground you, learn to manage stress, make healthy choices, and savor every delicious bite of your plant-based meals! 

 

Led by Sam Moll, RD, and health coach Benjahmin Koenigsberg, this session is an opportunity to explore mindfulness, learn the benefits of mindful eating, and ask questions in a supportive and safe space.
