News, Upcoming Events & Opportunities  // March 2021

PPMNY 2-Year Anniversary banner

Dear Plant Powered Community,

We're two years old! In March 2019, we launched Plant Powered Metro New York with plans to grow a passionate and diverse movement for health through whole food, plant-based (WFPB) nutrition.

We could never have guessed that our second year would be so different from our first. With a global pandemic, everything changed, and yet our mission has stayed true: Empower our local communities to prevent and overcome chronic illness -- the very diseases that have made COVID-19's impact throughout the world so tragic -- with practical education and tools for life-giving dietary change.

Who knew that we would be touching thousands of people each year?

We invite you to celebrate these first two years with us by making a donation! Anyone who donates $20 or more during the month of March will be entered for a chance to win one of the following prizes:

Plant-Based Nutrition eCornell Certificate Program
Free enrollment in the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program, donated by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies -- $1,260 value!
